Who is this platform for?
This platform is for any woman who rides and is going through perimenopause or menopause. Whether you compete, hack out or simply ride for pleasure, if you have noticed changes in your balance, confidence, energy or strength in the saddle, you are in exactly the right place.
Is this based on real research?
Yes. Everything on this platform is grounded in current academic research. I am a PhD researcher studying the specific effects of menopause on equestrian performance, so the strategies and information I share are evidence-based, not generic wellness advice.
What courses are available?
The courses cover the key areas where menopause most commonly affects riders, including balance and seat stability, confidence and anxiety in the saddle, managing fatigue and recovery, and joint pain and flexibility. New courses are added regularly as the research develops.
Do I need to be a serious or competitive rider to benefit?
Not at all. The research and courses are relevant to any rider at any level. Whether you ride once a week or every day, the hormonal changes of menopause affect every woman who rides and the strategies work regardless of your discipline or experience.
